The Buyer and the Seller agree that the notary responsible
for the preparation and execution of the deed of sale will
be chosen by mutual agreement. Both parties must provide
their agreement on the selection of the notary in writing.
In the event that the parties are unable to agree on a
notary within a reasonable timeframe, the Seller shall
propose a list of three (3) notaries from which the Buyer
shall select one (1) within five (5) business days.

In the event that the Buyer's notary requires a private
portion certificate of location, the Buyer agrees to be
solely responsible for any and all fees associated with
obtaining this certificate. The Seller shall not be held
liable for any costs or delays related to the procurement
of the private portion certificate of location.
