Repairs and/or maintenance of the appliances: Lessee(s)
must notify the Lessor of any repairs and/or maintenance
that the appliances might need. Lessee(s) shall not attempt
to repair the problem themselves.
Lost keys: Replacing a lost key will cost the lessee 50$

all consumables (e.g. light bulbs, batteries, filters etc.)
